To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. You can register using your email address or phone number. Follow the verification steps to complete your registration.
To post an ad, click "Post Ad" in the top navigation. Select a category, fill in the details, add photos, and set your price. Review and publish your ad.
You can contact sellers through the chat feature, by calling their phone number, or by sending them a message through the contact form on their ad.
Account & Security
Go to your profile settings, click on "Security", and select "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password twice to confirm.
Go to your profile page, click "Edit Profile", and update your information including name, phone number, and location. Save your changes.
Go to your profile settings, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account". You will need to confirm your password and understand that this action cannot be undone.
Buying & Selling
Bazarinu is free to use for basic listings. Premium features and featured ads may have additional costs. Check our pricing page for detailed information.
Contact the seller through chat or phone to discuss the price. Be respectful and reasonable in your offers. Some sellers may have "Price Negotiable" marked on their ads.
Click on the "Report" button on any ad that seems suspicious. Select the reason for reporting and provide additional details if needed. Our team will review the report.
Safety & Trust
Always meet in public places, preferably during daylight hours. Bring a friend if possible, and trust your instincts. Never share personal financial information.
Immediately report the user and ad to our support team. Do not send money or personal information. Contact local authorities if you have been a victim of fraud.
Check the seller's profile for verification badges, reviews, and how long they have been a member. Ask for additional photos or information if needed.
Technical Issues
Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or updating the app. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team with details about the issue.
Make sure your photos are in JPG, PNG, or GIF format and under 5MB each. Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, contact support.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
